Exam Template

• Overview: Copy and paste the following template into your exam application and fill it out as relevant to start the process of officially ranking up your character. The code for the template can be found in the spoiler labelled "Code". Be sure to read the information below as you can find descriptions for every section of the template that explains them in further detail. More information can be found in the Character Rules.

Link to Previous OOC Exam: This is where you have to post a link to the previous OOC exam thread you've done, i.e. the thread that was posted in this section of the forum, not the in-character exam thread itself (e.g. if you are ranking up to B Rank, this is where you link your C Rank examination thread). If you have not yet conducted an exam and this is your first exam on this character, leave this section blank.

Current Rank: The current rank of your character

Applying For: The rank you wish to attain through this exam, e.g. if you wish to rank from B Rank to A Rank, you enter "A Rank" into this section of the template.

Completed Threads: This is where you must link every single thread that has contributed EXP to your character since completing your last exam, either the roleplay threads themselves or the job endings / hand-ins for those threads. It is important that you list all threads that have given you EXP, as otherwise, EXP might be deducted from your character if you cannot prove where and how you obtained said EXP. Please also list the amount of EXP every single one of these threads contributed to your character individually.

Total EXP: The total amount of EXP added together from the previous section titled "Completed Threads". If this number does not match the EXP your character currently possesses, your EXP may be adjusted by a staff member, or alternatively, the exam will be denied in case you do not possess enough EXP to actually qualify for reaching the next rank. For these reasons, please be thorough when calculating your EXP values and make sure to list all sources of EXP and the correct values for your EXP. Please also make sure that your math is correct, as otherwise, you might be subject to the consequences as specified above.

Additional Information: Any additional information you wish to add to this exam thread, such as skipping the roleplay portion of exams, requesting a specific prompt, requesting an exam from a member of staff instead of a Guild Ace or Guild Master, addressing other issues with the exam, etc.
