(( Thanks, Elyx. Sorry for the late reply. I just have a question, where it says, "Is it always like this? The explorer tried to ask Ignite secretly, but it caught in Ignite's earshot. Ignite smiled at the question as she then whispered into the explorers ear." do you mean the explorer tried to ask Elyx secretly? Anyways, it doesn't really matter, just wondering. ))

Allison nodded as Elyx replied to her exclamation upon regaining consciousness. "Yes, Elyx-san, Ignite-san, Explorer-san! Let's go! Although Elyx-san, you shouldn't use bad words! Even if it makes you happy, some people don't like it!" The red haired girl flashed the male mage a bright smile before bounding off ahead, peering curiously at her surroundings. The explorer beside the group also seemed to be interested in everything around them, since he seemed to be gradually falling behind the mages and their companions as they tromped through the area. Allison blinked at the sight upon realizing this, and she immediately waved to Elyx. "Elyx-san! Ignite-san! The explorer looks like he might be-- !" A few moments after beginning to notify her mission partners, the mage became distracted by the sight of something stirring in the corner of her vision. Immediately skipping over in the direction of the source, Allison glanced around to check for any other movement; unfortunately, it seemed that there was none. Shrugging to herself, Allison continued to poke around for a little bit, overturning a few wooden crates which had been lying around for no apparent reason. Upon not discovering anything after several minutes, the redhead flitted across the area, darting through the village and completely forgetting about their mission. The female mage typically didn't take missions with other people, especially after going solo for so long; therefore, every time she went on a job with a partner or more than one partner, the entire thing felt more like a fun journey or expedition.

Allison finished poking around between houses and around them, eventually deciding to check if anyone was actually inhabiting this haunted settlement. Tilting her head to the side, the girl decided that she would first try the nearest structure on her left, which seemed to be a larger residence, most likely having been built for a family. She skipped over to the building and ended up circling around, searching for the entrance. After finally settling down and focusing, Allison realized that she had actually bounded past the front door several times; among delighted peals of laughter, the mage finally managed to knock on the apparently elusive entryway. Her spirits didn't seem to be dampened in the slightest even after only a long silence ensued, and Allison simply knocked again and again before finally seeming to come to the conclusion that no one was going to open the door. Shrugging to herself, the red haired mage this time gave a more forceful knock, calling out cheerfully at the same time, "Helloooo? Is anyone here?" After once again receiving no response, the girl shrugged and pushed the door open with a surprising amount of ease, smiling brightly the entire time. She honestly hadn't wanted to barge in without being reassured it was alright, but Allison was curious! And... uh, the mission might depend on it! That's right, they had been looking for something-- the Dancing Girl. It hadn't been a something, but rather a someone, the female corrected herself mentally. Nodding, Allison glanced around the front hall of the house, wondering if the Dancing Girl lived here. It was probably unlikely, but being positive was always nice! The mage skipped through the doorway, into what seemed to be a dining room; after checking that no one was around, Allison continued through the hallway towards the unknown.

And once again, because of half of the actions of Ignite, he was getting another nice scolding from Allison. Once her attention was averted, the boy looked over to the two of them to see how they would react. Ignite and the client were both snickering to themselves, seeing what they have done. Elyx lipped over to them with a few more special words. In his mind, there was a small voice moving along with the words he lipped. I'm going to kill you both for this! Come here right now, see if I'm joking! His mind thought before looking back to Allison. Once again, a hollow threat was given, he would never actually kill someone, it was just not in his nature. When he was a little bit disturbed, he did go for intimidation. The violinist would probably get over it in about five minutes maximum, he normally had to forgive Ignite a lot for being so mean. Then again, he has done mean things to her as well for his own entertainment, it was just how they lived. The group of them were in the haunted village now, in which Elyx planned to keep them all together since none of them knew what could possibly happen... And something already did happen. Allison went off on her own, a nimble one on her feet. The boy didn't want to call out to her, making too much noise would alert some crazy people in this place, and that would probably cause a huge amount of trouble. Good thing he was a Wind Mage, he is one of the fastest to travel on the lands. The boy made his way towards Allison as fast as he could, but the headstart was pretty huge.

Dang it Allison, didn't you get yourself in enough trouble already? Elyx asked, as if he were asking her. Half of him said that he was talking to her, half of him said that he was just talking to himself. The violinist was getting himself in trouble for going after her as well. If he found her dead body on his search and he knew he did not even search for her, that would be his biggest regret, there was always a little bit of risk. Allison was not in sight, making this a little bit hard form him. Elyx was unable to sense her either, his magic and her magic were too similar in power for him to sense, which is surprising since he was able to sense 45 meters away. Then by default another 10. He continued to look, Ignite and the client right him as he did so. The boy was not going to lose Allison, that would upset her family and friends if he brought them such awful news. He would know that she would be missed because of her personality, and for him to be the bearer of bad news, they might try to shoot down the messenger. Maybe even this... Angel, person that the little redhead talked about. What was her name again? Elyx was unable to remember, half of it because his focus was not on his mind, but for the search for Allison. The boy continued to look until he then saw a larger structure, maybe she could have been curious and gotten inside. It was probably not going to be the place where they would find The Dancing Lady statue, but they would at least find Allison right?

Elyx then entered the structure, keeping his eyes open. It was a little dark in here, good thing there were two sources of light with him. He decided to use the She-Phoenix for this one. Ignite, I need your fire. Don't burn anything, I need light so I could see a little bit better. Elyx explained, the She-Phoenix nodded, but the boy was unable to see the acceptance of the order since he could not see too well. Was there some sort of light switch or something? And why was the door into the place open in the first place? Those questions are probably best unsolved. Ignite placed out her right palm, a little bit curved, as if she caught an invisible item with just an item. A small flame appeared, allowing a little bit of light to shine among them. Now it was time to search for the active little girl. Allison? Where are you? It's Elyx! The boy called out, probably soon to bring unwanted attention, but if it would bring the attention off of the little girl, it would be worth it.

(OOC: The explorer whispered to Ignite, then Ignite whispered back to him. Elyx just overheard them. :3 It was a remake of the Nastu whispering to Happy joke, Lucy hearing them in the process ^.^. Also, sorry for the long time you had to wait, but at least it's a good post right? Maybe? No? Okay.)

By this time, Allison had completely lost all connection with her whereabouts and was simply wandering around the structure, without a clue of where to go. She paused momentarily upon hearing what might have been another person, speaking-- but since it was rather faint, and there was no way to tell for sure if it had been a living thing, Allison shrugged and continued on. The girl most definitely would have been able to discern the individual words if she had put in the effort to focus in on the sound or sounds, but unfortunately Allison wasn’t interested in doing so right now. Beaming cheerfully into what she thought to be the corners of the room she was currently standing in, Allison half-whispered and half-sang, “He-llooo? Dancing Girl, can you hear me?” The red haired mage tilted her head carefully to one side, now focusing in on whether there seemed to be any sort of response; unfortunately, by this time any noise coming from her companions had died down and was unable to be heard.

Allison blinked thoughtfully and skipped out of the room after a short pause, turning in a random direction and heading off at a swift pace. She soon reached the end of the hallway and leaned forwards to peer out an open window, which extended nearly all the way from the floor to the ceiling. Just as the girl was trying to scan the area below the window for any sort of person-- somehow, Allison had ended up on the second story of the building without even realizing that she had taken a flight of stairs-- the redhead lost her balance. Flailing around, Allison caught the edge of the window sill just as she was about to tumble out of the house. She was definitely strong enough to hoist herself back up-- but just then... The girl noticed a slight movement in the shadows a little ways away; it was most likely nothing but the wind, moving stray bits of wood or such around, but nonetheless Allison pondered upon what it could be. During this lapse in concentration, the single hand tightly gripping the window sill loosened enough so that her grip slipped, and Allison dropped abruptly.

Fortunately it was only the second story of the structure, and the mage had reflexes like a cat’s-- so she managed to land on her feet, although a few moments later Allison toppled over due to overbalancing herself. Sitting up with a bright smile on her face, the girl scanned the area for the stirring she had seen earlier, but she was unable to locate the same spot. A bit puzzled, Allison shrugged before skipping away towards what she assumed to be the front of the house. “Elyx-san, Ignite-san, Explorer-san? We have to find the Dancing Girl! There’s no one around here-- do you see anybody? Ooh!” The red haired mage spotted a tiny light through a nearby window of glass and immediately started forwards in its direction, her speed increasing until she was about to slam straight into the window in her excitement to reach the flame. But fortunately, the glass swung inwards rather than shattering, as Allison tumbled through. She stumbled to her feet, still beaming with excitement, before leaping in a rush towards the bit of miniature fire.

Elyx heard Allison call out from the inside, and being a child, she was actually calling out to the Dancing Lady. It was not a lady that was dancing, but the noise could attract something else. Then again, the both of them were capable of handling whatever came in their path. So instead of telling the redhead to hush, he decided to make an attempt to explain what the Dancing Lady was. Erm, Allison, the Dancing Lady is not actually a- The Violinist tried to explain, only for Ignite to cuff his mouth with her palm. She locked her eyes onto Allison, but spoke softly to Elyx so that hopefully the little girl would not hear him. Let her have her fun while she still can. Eventually, she's going to grow up, and then she'll be responsible. Her time for fun is now, lets not ruin that for her. Ignite explained before smiling, watching the little girl get around. The three of them, Elyx, Ignite, and the explorer, all went after Allison to make sure that she was all right and to find the statue, it seemed that Allison was the one pulling on the strings. The boy continued to walk forward until a sudden fire came into view, and Ignite did not seem to be using anything. This was something that was part of the castle. Allison was the first to zip to things as usual, and as usual, Elyx was going to have to chase her. Allison! Wait! Elyx cried out before chasing after her. The little redhead was a child, she didn't have to listen to adults if she didn't feel like it, at least, that's probably what he child instincts were telling her.

And... she hit the glass... Elyx said as he stopped in place, ending up right behind her as she took a hit from the moving door. That room had something in it, and the boy did not care much to find out what it is. Instead, he decided to turn back, only for Allison to go back in. The boy put out his hand before the little girl seemed to not get caught by the door again. The boy jumped into the room, almost catching her, but was unsuccessful in the process, and now was in the room as well. A lightning bolt was then struck from above...Damn it... Elyx thought to himself as the enemies were beginning to arrive. Now that he triggered the fight, they were going to have to survive. In a Haunted castle, they had best be careful whenever in combat, or they could all end up in trouble. Allison was the first goal, make sure she wasn't hurt. Then the monsters.

Allison was just trying to get up when a lightning bolt nearly fried her hair off.

The girl darted to the side, half rolling on the ground, and she managed narrowly dodged the thing-- but where had it come from?  Blinking in confusion, the red haired mage glanced around to realize that Elyx was a little ways away, along with Ignite and the explorer; unfortunately, it seemed that there were other creatures in the room as well.  Allison skirted along the wall, carefully making her way towards her companions.  Normally, she would have simply skipped straight across the floor, but it seemed to be occupied by several creatures, whose shadowy figures the mage could barely make out.  There were a great many, though-- by her count, nearly fifteen.  The redhead pondered upon what to do, but just then, about half of the group of creatures seemed to disappear.  Eyes widening, Allison leaned forwards, inadvertently stepping out of the darkest shadows and into the slightly brighter open space of the room.

She tilted her head carefully to the side before drawing her sword; although on a general basis Allison wasn’t much for fighting, she understood that it was a mission, and that the two mages and their companions had to protect the explorer.  Of course, Allison wouldn’t have wanted anyone to be hurt even if it hadn’t been a job-- so she stepped forwards even more, holding her katana out in front of her.  As the girl surveyed the scene, she failed to notice that the eight monsters which had disappeared momentarily, had apparently intended to sneak up on the girl.  The group had reappeared behind her unwary back.  Allison herself was steadily approaching the middle of the group when she suddenly whirled around, blinking in confusion at the monsters behind her.  They too froze, and the scene itself was perhaps a bit comical, before the girl broke the stunned silence but cheerfully singing out, “I summon Maia, Chaotic Lightning!”  The huge bolt earlier had given the red haired mage the idea to summon Maia.  It seemed that the creatures were of a shadowy nature anyways, so perhaps the light would scare them off.

Her decision proved to be effective when the creatures immediately fled once Maia unleashed a barrage of lightning, falling from the sky.  However, it slipped Allison’s mind that there were still opponents in front of her-- now behind her, that is-- until six bolts of a shadowy substance were flying towards her.  Maia rolled her eyes and positioned herself so that she took two of the bolts, and Allison was able to safely dodge the other four using the open space in the attack which the lightning summon had created.  And with that, the red haired girl charged at the group of opponents, her katana flashing in the darkness.  She was being rather silly, charging them from head on; but she did have Lel Therine, Elyx, and Ignite to back her up.

    (( The boss hasn’t appeared yet ))

Elyx and Ignite watched the nice beginning of lightning attacks shown, this gave them an open chance to continue pushing forward. The boy got back onto his feet clumsily at first, but confidently soon after. The She Phoenix was ready to back up the Redhead already. The both of them were charging from behind Allison, one of the shadow figures aiming to strike her form up front, due to the heavy amounts of numbers from up front. The She Phoenix put out her palm, a wall of fire being made to stop the monsters from coming, this should hold them off. Elyx has remembered that Allison hated to see things in pain, so he decided to give the enemies a chance to avoid pain by giving them a warning firewall. Once that warning was ignored, they would be set on fire and would end up suffering because of a choice they made. At least Elyx had a reason to hurt them without making Allison upset. But then again, if they get caught in the fire, Elyx could tell Allison that they can be “Fixed”. Yet, despite how good of an idea that sounded, he would feel bad for the little redhead, who wanted to see no pain whatsoever, so instead, he was just letting them off with a firewall warning. It was not something he usually did, but at least it beat what many “legal” mages did and killed other people.

The firewall was up for a few minutes, just to make sure that no further enemies would go through it. Once the firewall was done burning, it began to lower, Ignite no longer letting the flames burn. No enemies were ahead it seemed, but no ashes were there either, meaning the enemies were still probably lurking the castle as they walk. Still though, now they didn’t have to deal with the enemies now, and hopefully they all went away never to be seen again. Death could do the same thing, but once again, Elyx could not afford to have the little girl angry at him. It would either make her angry, which would just annoy him and slow him down. Or, she would cry if it was something she cared about, and Elyx could not imagine what kind of person would just shrug that of, so instead, he was just going to have to spoil her without killing the enemies. For now at least, but eventually he was going to have to kill a beast or two to make sure they survive, and if Allison gets angry at him, then so be it. All right, now it was time to keep moving forward, but… What are they going to find anyways?

Allison narrowly dodged the wall of fire which abruptly materialized in front of her. The girl immediately wheeled around and headed in the other direction-- it seemed that Ignite and Elyx were going to handle this situation. She turned to glance all around the room and realized that there didn't seem to be any more enemies, so Allison skipped away from the fire and remaining opponents. Trusting that Elyx or Ignite would stop anyone from attacking her from behind, the girl felt around on the other side of the room, squinting at the walls. Thankfully the light of the fire reached all the way over here on the far part of the room, but it was considerably less bright. The red haired girl was able, however, to locate the handle of a door; although it was mostly by touch. She yanked at the heavy wood, but was unable to get it to budge for a while. After a few straight minutes of pulling, Allison finally managed to get the darn thing to slightly creak open enough for her to slip through, followed closely by Lel Therine. And then... she realized as the door closed, that there were no windows and she was trapped in the darkness.

Allison stumbled around for a little bit, her expression still cheerful. After all, the girl wasn’t afraid of the dark at all; she had a special ability that caused her to be more immune to effects of darkness, anyways. However, there was the thing of her not being able to see anything even an inch in front of her, and so the red haired mage was forced to wander around, her hands held out in front of her. She did have magic, and would be able to sense magic or magic-users from a bit away-- but this way, she wouldn’t crash into a wall. Allison was just about to decide that it might be best to simply sit down and wait for Elyx and the rest of the group to catch up, when her hand hit a small object. The item fell to the floor and landed with a small echo, which multiplied in sound as the object bounced and all of the echoes merged together. Blinking in confusion, Allison bent down and felt around on the floor for the tiny thing; and upon touching it, the item-- it turned out to be something like a stone-- flared brightly, lighting up the entire room.

That level of brightness seemed to maintain itself, and Allison beamed even wider than usual upon realizing that now she could see. Unfortunately, the girl wasn’t alone in the room, and as she scanned her newly visible surroundings, she realized that there were several of these pebbles scattered around the room. Just then, Allison felt the stone in her hand grow even warmer, and she immediately dropped it. Although the redhead wouldn’t feel the pain of being burned, that was also a dangerous thing, since she had no way of knowing whether it was hot enough to cause injury. Leaning down, the mage touched several of the pebbles, lighting up the room enough for her to see around most of it. And then Allison saw the gigantic creature standing on the other side of the room, menacingly glaring at her. It seemed to be... some kind of bull? But it was partly human as well; whatever it was, Allison blinked before carefully backing away and calling out as loudly as she dared, without notifying the creature, “Elyx-san? Uh... what is that thing?” Perhaps her companions weren’t even in the room yet, but hopefully they would be.

The Idol (Job/Allison) - Page 2 Empty Re: The Idol (Job/Allison)

Post by King Elyx 13th August 2015, 2:31 pm

Allison… Somehow got through the fire!? But the monsters on the other side, she’s insane! The little girl was about to be killed at the rate she was going, the explorer himself never messed up this badly but it seemed that Allison had the ability to. If he were to let her go out like that… Seeing her die in the end… That would be his final regret. When the fire went out, the three of them were chasing after her, worry in their movement as they all ran. Not even the explorer was clumsy or anything of the sort. Elyx made sure to add his speed enhancements along, his body almost blurring. The boy was panicking now, how long was the firewall put up for? Allison got so far within the amount of time, the path was cleared, but she was nowhere to be seen either. That was until the boy hear Allisons voice calling out from a distance, the boy travelling as hard as he could towards her voice. What is that thing? Damn it, Allison was caught by something, it was only going to make things hard for everyone if Allison was hurt Elyx was sweating, this was the first time he ever became so scared, not even when Adrelissa was murdered that he ever felt so scared. But then again, this was a similar case as well.

The boy continued to run and found Allison in a room, and there it was. The Dancing Lady was there, if he was able to confirm it based on looks. But… There was something else as well. The explorer was behind and stayed away from the room, not wanting to go in, and Elyx had no right to blame him. That beast looked ready to destroy everything in it’s path, and in this case, that was Allison, and now the arriving Elyx and Ignite. The enemy was a corrupted looking man, but was it even a man at all being possessed, or was that how it was originally and it guarded its castle. But now it look like it was going to try to harm Allison, and now that was a problem. Elyx broke in by slamming his body into the room, then pulled out two blades in the process. The enemy then morphed into a taller state, revealing itself as a minotaur… Showing even more power than it had previously. Elyx sliced at it twice, one with each blade. Ignite backed him up with a flaming palm to it’s head, causing it to stumble backwards before letting out such a loud roar, one with enough power to force the bodies of all of them back, but not to slam against the wall. This battle was going to be hard.

Allison didn’t receive a response and so she turned around, only to realize that the rest of the group didn’t seem to be anywhere nearby. Blinking in confusion, the girl was at first unable to process this; after all, hadn’t Ignite started the wall of fire? Recalling that scene however, the red haired mage realized that she didn’t actually know whether Ignite could dissipate what she had created, and Allison hadn’t seen her do so. Just as the girl was about to retreat carefully to wait for her companions, they burst into the room-- apparently the door had been broken down by the brown-haired boy. He was holding two long weapons that she had never seen before, and Allison beamed brightly at the other mage. “Elyx-san, what is that thing?” He didn’t seem to have heard her before, so she decided to go ahead and ask a second time.

The girl realized that the explorer was nowhere in sight, and she decided that since he wasn’t here and had to be protected, she should focus on defeating the new monster that had appeared. Squinting at the figure, the female realized that it seemed to look a bit different than before; less human, somehow. Allison shrugged to herself before realizing that she hadn’t given Maia time to slip through the door with her, and desummoned the spirit since she was too far away to arrive within such a short period of time that the red haired mage was attacking in. Picking up her katana from where she had dropped it in surprise at seeing Elyx and Ignite appear, Allison called out, “I summon Gaia, Chaotic Earth!” The woman’s spells would be useless in this situation, since it seemed that Elyx was fighting at close, melee range; so the best spell to use would hit him as well.

However, Gaia did plenty of damage with the staff she was holding, and so Allison and the dark haired woman sprung forwards, attacking with their respective weapons. The red haired girl managed to land only a single hit before the monster lashed out, forcing her to fall back and just barely dodge. Gaia landed one hit as well-- and with a bit of dismay, Allison realized that it would take a decent amount of damage to defeat this monster. The two of them attacked once again, each landing another hit before they were forced to retreat again. Both of the females weren’t exactly defensive-based, so taking a single one of those clawed swipes would be disastrous and crippling. Allison debated upon what to do-- hopefully Elyx would have some kind of idea on how to defeat the monster. She herself had to get into melee range to do any real damage, which was difficult with this opponent.

That is a beast that we can't have live... It probably took away more lives than we can count. Elyx explained as his body was slid back with the force of the roar. Allison made her attack with another summon it seemed, Gaia, Chaotic Earth. The spell was once again on point with the attacks that it delivered, it didn't show to be very effective by the end of the attack. The best didn't seem too phase and almost got Allison, and to witness that almost happening fueled Elyx to fight even further. The boy put out his palm as a pink ball of light began to form in it. Ignite in the meantime placed her hands out as a ring of fire began to form around the minotaur, the enemy not exactly phased at first until the ring began to spin upwards, the infliction of damage being shown as the fire began to swarm all over the enemy. The boy felt the next force of his guild ready to reveal itself, the pink ball on his palm was beginning to shoot from his palm and into the air, the summon of his Guild Ready to take aim when summoned. The pieces of light shaped itself into the outline of Cassie, the pet of Black Rose. Now it was time to play with a new weapon. The Minotaur ran out raging with flames on its body, and now Cassie was ready. Cassie! Take aim and fire! Elyx exclaimed as he put his right palm into the air and smiled as the giant robot began to shoot bullets at the shadow beast, causing it to stumble back a few times with the bullets raining. Now it was Elyx's turn.

Elyx took this chance while the minotaur was distracted, giving no order for Cassie to stop her fire, meaning she was still going to be firing bullets. There was one more branch of power that Elyx had the right to pull out in this fight. The boy whispered to himself silently, Frostfire... I need you now.. With that, the boy pulled out both of his blades, and on the fight side, a man figure on the right side of Elyx had his arms crossed and his orange and blue eyes locked onto the minotaur before both of his swords had flames on them, the lineage once again being so useful to him. The bullets still fired, and the boy was ready. With quick thinking and great timing, he leaped into the air, his body merely grazed by one of the bullets that Cassie fired. The minotaur looked up to Elyx, it's chest exposed. The boy spun himself around to sideslash the chest. The impact was devastated, the shadows beast was tumbling back with it. Elyx landed on the ground before putting his hand backwards. Cassie! Hold the fire! The Violinist exclaimed, and just like that, the pet obeyed. The beast... It was still in pain. Allison probably felt bad. A lot of damage had been inflicted. Allison... Put this beast out of its misery.

The Idol (Job/Allison) - Page 2 Empty Re: The Idol (Job/Allison)

Post by Tess 13th August 2015, 8:27 pm

Allison watched from a little ways away as Elyx, and his companions wrecked havoc upon the creature. Still she hadn’t received a reply as to what the partially human beast was... but thankfully, the red haired girl was prone to being distracted no matter how focused she was trying to be; therefore, her attention was diverted to the display of magic that Elyx was making. She remembered that he had summoned these two before, on the ship-- Robot-san, and the Knight who could freeze things. Allison simply looked on, smiling a little bit vaguely before becoming distracted by the pebbles on the floor flaring momentarily. The young mage wasn’t really interested in watching the battle; she trusted that Elyx, Ignite, or the other fighters wouldn’t become injured. Instead, Allison scooped up a few of the still glowing stones, picking out those which weren’t perfectly circular and eventually forming one handful of perfectly spherical pebbles and one of those that were not. She carefully deposited the rejects onto the floor-- and jumped backwards, barely reacting in time as the room exploded into brightness.

Tilting her head to her right side, Allison skipped forwards a little bit and tried to understand what she had missed so far. The Frozen Knight seemed to be using fire all of a sudden, enhancing Elyx’s attacks with the dual weapons; and the giant robot was shooting barrage after barrage of bullets towards the poor creature. The female mage blinked at the scene before she realized that Elyx seemed to saying something. She beamed brightly at the brown haired boy in response, but Allison hadn’t actually understood anything that he had said. Thankfully, as it turned out, the command hadn’t been directed at her; and a few moments later, the onslaught of bullets abruptly ended, and Allison was able to catch the next words that flew out of Elyx’s mouth. It was a request, or order, that the red haired mage was more than happy to fulfill-- she hadn’t noticed the creature’s pain and didn’t want to witness it if she didn’t have to.

The girl sprang towards the nearly defeated opponent, Gaia following her closely. Once she was directly in front of the slightly humanoid beast, Allison reached out to touch it, blinking thoughtfully. “Elyx-san! It’s too wounded for me to heal-- I’m sorry. What should we-- ?” She was cut off as Gaia pushed the mage away, keeping her from being gouged through the stomach by the enemy’s powerful attack. The summon immediately turned and thrust her staff at the creature, causing it to moan in pain. Allison’s smile dropped off of her face at the sound, and the red haired girl promptly slashed at the beast several times, moving as quickly as possible. That was far more than enough to fatally wound it; a few moments later, it was dead. Turning towards her mission partner, Allison immediately bowed in apology. “I’m sorry, Elyx-san! I was going to try to heal him... but then he sounded so sad... and...” Struggling for words, the girl ended up simply straightening up and desummoning Gaia in the same movement. After sheathing her sword, Allison leaped towards the boy, determined to give him a hug in apology.

Allison was trying to heal the shadow enemy, sadly knowing what will happen to her. His body was a little tired, so he would be unable to pull her away from the the shadow minotaur. But the attempt was vain, and the minotaur ended up dead. The little child looked to Elyx, creating a sad scene by trying to say sorry to him. To add to the apology, she jumped at him and gave him a tackle hug, the force behind her jump at him being enough to cause him to stumble backwards. He rubbed the back of her hair while wrapping his other hand around her, trying to comfort her the best way he could. The threat of the castle was eliminated it seemed, not too bad of a mission based boss this time than the other times. Elyx kept a smile grin on his face, it was nice to be helping her out. Though he felt a little bit guilty since Allison thought she might scold her for a failed healing attempt. The boy looked to the side towards the entrance of the room, the explorer walking through. It seemed he was good as well with this battle being in their favor, and no one got severely hurt, though Allison seemed a little emotionally hurt, but that could be fixed easily. The explorer continued to walk away from the group and looked at the statue, a grin on his face as he looked at it. Heh, well would you look at this. My sister is saved. The man said before looking to the statue. The man whispered a few words that were not heard, then looked to it once again. A few seconds of awkward silence, but nothing actually happening.

Wha... Wha!? The explorer exclaimed with a disappointed and surprised tone in his voice. Just as some people might have told him, it was probably either a fake, or takes quite a while. The explorer was looking up to it and whispered again, and once again nothing happened. The man was not understanding what was going on, such a shame. Elyx couldn't explain why, not with Allison in his arms. Ignite was able to do it for him though, making the Violinist's life a lot easier. Your sister, you love her right? Protect her at all costs, take care of her while she is sick. You're now responsible for her, she looks to you, yet you depend on a statue to help you. Ignite explained while crossing her arms. You have good intentions... But what about your sister. Wouldn't you rather be with her instead of depending on a false? And with that, the explorer looked to Ignite, a few seconds of silence following... And then a tear shed on the right side. He then hugged Ignite, for comfort. It was not the same as Allison did to Elyx, well this was awkward. But at least the goal was done.

Post by Tess 14th August 2015, 8:41 am

Allison continued to hug Elyx until she felt him respond, wrapping one arm around her. It was really nice; although the red haired girl loved hugs, she rarely was able to give or receive them. People typically felt awkward-- but a hug as an apology seemed like an okay idea to her at the time. The mage noticed a movement in the corner of her eye and broke away from the brown haired boy with a start, only to realize that it was simply the explorer, walking over to pick up some kind of statuette. Wait... their mission! Allison’s eyes widened as she realized that, although they had defeated some kind of creature and a group of others, the group hadn’t actually found the Dancing Girl! She could be in trouble... or something, since the redhead didn’t actually know who the Dancing Girl was. She was still slightly distracted as she watched the man pick up the statuette and assume an odd position, bowing his head to whisper several words to it. Blinking in surprise, Allison immediately moved forwards once she heard his exclamation, which didn’t seem to be one of excitement or joy-- but she still remained close to Elyx, remembering to move back to continue her apology hug.

Ignite began to say something about “her,” and Allison was completely lost by this point. So, she simply listened to the fiery woman talk, and observed the scene. Her words were powerful in some way, despite the fact that the red haired girl had no idea what they meant or the circumstances they were said under. However, she did notice that the man began to cry, right before he enfolded Ignite in a warm hug. If it were not for that, Allison might have been tempted to fix the man right at that moment, for it was quite plain that he was deeply saddened by something. Ignite seemed to feel a bit awkward, and then a brilliant thought occurred to the mage. “Group huuuuug!” She shouted happily. Dragging Elyx behind her by the arm, the girl let go right before leaping on top of Ignite and the explorer, hugging them fiercely and refusing to let go. Still hugging, Allison twisted her head around to look at Elyx and said cheerfully, “It’s a group hug, Elyx-san! And also... where is the Dancing Girl? Shouldn’t we find her?” She tacked on the last few words as an afterthought, trying not to forget that the main priority was to find the Dancing Girl and protect the client, Explorer-san. They had found some sort of statuette, which the client had been interested in-- and it had made him weep, which was odd since he had seemed to be so pleased upon finding it. But the original, and most important goal, was to find the Dancing Girl. Briefly, the red haired mage wondered why the explorer hadn’t mentioned it again.

Elyx was then dragged by Allison by the wrist, and once again he felt himself just letting her do whatever she did best, that attack he carried out took a lot of wind from him, now Elyx just felt lazy. Allison gave an assist to Ignite by adding to the hug, and then she invited him to go in, indirectly as usual. This time, he would rather not, there were many weird things that happened today. Hugging Ignite was not going to be on one of those things if he could help it, so instead, he just smiled and placed his hands in his pockets. The Dancing Lady, oh. Well, she just turned out to be a lie that people wanted to spread for fun. Elyx explained with a smile on his face, it was so blunt of an answer, and Ignite clearly saw that as well. Her light orange eyes burned into Elyx's light brown ones, it was clear that she did not approve of him saying that in front of Allison. Why should he hide the truth? They were not going to be going through the castle any further, not for something to be confirmed fake when it already was. The explorer saw it himself and confirmed that this was the Dancing Lady. I think it's about fine time we all head home, don't you think? Elyx asked with his grin back in place, though he was tired, he liked hanging out with this group. But before he was able to get away, he noticed something next to the statue. The boy looked over to see it as a mask. The item was just sitting there, a plain white mask with two spirals that are located where the eyes would be located.

The boy picked up the mask and looked back over to the group. It was just there, what were to happen if one put the mask on? Elyx wanted to find out, and to do that, he would have to test out the mask. After placing the mask onto his face, his body began to shrink, the outline of the boy was fading into a black figure, which was being molded like some sort of clay. His body was shrinking, and soon, he ended up looking at the room at a whole new perspective. The world was bigger, the explorer and Ignite were taller than him, and Allison was about the same size. Red stands of hair were following the new figure, and that was when Elyx realized that the hair was real. Looking to Allison again, he saw that her hair was the same shade of red as his. Looking down, he noticed his clothing matched hers exactly. Huh!? The new Allison exclaimed, only to notice his voice matched hers as well. This mask made him to be another Allison. This was weird, was there any way to undo this?

Post by Tess 14th August 2015, 11:16 am

Allison blinked as Elyx said that the Dancing... Lady?  was only a rumor that some people had spread for fun.  Well, that wasn’t nice at all-- but what about the Dancing Girl?  Or were they the same person?  Shrugging to herself, the red haired girl decided that Elyx would have continued to search for the Dancing Girl if it was important-- therefore, she forgot all about her worries and instead focused on what the brown haired mage had said next.  It was time to go home!  Yes!  But where should she go...?  Back to the Eclipse Soul Guild Hall?  The girl pondered upon this for a few minutes before switching gears and smiling brightly at the rest of the group.  Oh well, Allison supposed that she would just follow them and go wherever they went-- if they headed back to Clover Town, then she would stay there for this month or however long she wanted.  The redhead was just opening her mouth to ask where they were going to go, when Elyx picked up some sort of object from a nearby low table.  Leaning forward with interest, Allison asked brightly, “What is that?”

Her question was soon answered when all of a sudden, a perfect mirror image of herself stood in front of her, looking as bewildered as Allison might have, if not for her personality.  Instead, the original red haired girl poked at her duplicate with a bit of curiosity, saying at the same time, “Hey!  You’re real!  Where’d Elyx-san go, though?”  Tilting her head to one side, the girl considered the options.  Perhaps putting on the mask had caused the other mage to be possessed by some sort of spirit which resembled Allison!  But... this girl looked exactly like her; it was too much to be a coincidence.  Tilting her head to the other side, Allison shrugged before poking the other Allison’s arm once again.  She turned to Ignite and asked with a bit of worry, “Ignite-san, do you know where Elyx-san went?  I didn’t see him after he picked up the mask... did he disappear?  He can fly, right?”  Pausing to mull that over, Allison glanced up at the ceiling.  Did he possibly fly away?  But where did this girl come from...?

All of a sudden, she recalled that the girl had sounded exactly like herself.  Eyes widening, Allison poked the girl a third time, this time in the middle of the forehead.  Then she leaned in closely, putting her face only a centimeter away from the other Allison’s.  Carefully examining her, the mage finally pronounced, breaking into a smile, “You look exactly like me!  How did you get here?  Are we long lost twin sisters?”  She remembered that on another mission, she had ended up fighting a clone of herself-- but that clone had been exactly like Allison in personality and memories too.  Blinking, the red haired girl finally said slowly, “Uh... do we have to fight you?”  And just when Elyx had said that it was time to head home...

    (( P.S. Allison's color is #ff99ff ))

This is amazing! Another little girl that's just like you! Do you have a twin? The explorer asked as he put his hand on his chin and looked over to Elyx, who was trying to get used to this new body that he had just achieved. It was a weird mask that he took with him, but now the boy was going to have to deal with it's effects until it wore off. Wait! I'm Elyx! I'm Elyx! Elyx exclaimed,, but the fat that he was saying it with Allison's voice made things seem a little bit less convincing. Now he was an adorable little girl instead of the Guild Ace of Leaves, it was such a weird twist of events. The real Allison considered getting into a fight with him, and that was when he waved his hands into the air and shook them from side to side frantically. No, don't! I'm Elyx, I don't know what happened! I just put a mask on and... This happened! The desperate Elyx exclaimed, it was not that easy to believe him since he took the same appearance as Allison and had her voice as well. He was hoping that this mask would wear off soon, then he would take it with him to play pranks on Ignite. It would be the best for him to do that, if this ever wore off that is. The new Allison was the approached by Ignite, who now looked down to Elyx with a sly smile on her face. All right, it was clear that she believed him, but what was she going to do now? The new Allison was then picked up into the air and and thrown high, messing with Elyx since he did not know what was going on.

So if you're Elyx, I can just do that to you now? Ignite asked as she then caught Elyx by the shoulders. This allowed her to look at Elyx straight in the eyes with taught, and the next statement for sure confirmed that it was truly Elyx. Ignite, I'm going to really make sure you regret that stunt! The new Allison exclaimed, and with a nod, she put Elyx back down onto the ground, her smile still there, but at least she got the answer that she was looking for. Oh yeah, this cute adorable child is replacing the freak of nature known as Elyx. Hey explorer man, do you have any idea what this is? Ignite asked as she turned her head over her shoulder to lock eyes with the man. Sadly, he shook his head side to side, but he did give off a statement. If there is one thing I know though, it's the fact that lots of things take time to wear off. I suggest not being in public too often. We should get out of here, by the time we get home, we will probably see if it wore off or not.

The Idol (Job/Allison) - Page 2 Empty Re: The Idol (Job/Allison)

Post by Tess 14th August 2015, 12:36 pm

Allison tilted her head to the side, considering the situation more than she usually did. It was because Elyx wasn’t around to make all of the important decisions for her-- or at least, he didn’t seem to be. There was this girl, who looked just like herself, but she claimed to be the brown haired mage who had mysteriously disappeared; and Allison was sorely confused at the moment. Shrugging and giving up on contemplating upon the best course of action, the girl smiled brightly at her twin before saying, “Okay! We just need to take this mask off... uh, like this?” And with that, she put a hand on each side of Elyx’s face, fingers probing for the edge of some sort of mask. Upon failing to discover such, the red haired mage drew back and bounced around in place, obviously trying to think of another way to prove that the new Allison was Elyx in another shape.

Just then, the girl was tossed up into the air, and Allison’s expression changed to surprise. Jumping up as much as she could, the mage missed catching her; but thankfully, Ignite managed to. Who had thrown her, anyways? Right as Allison was about to ask, Ignite interrupted, saying something about the girl that the red haired mage wasn’t able to understand. Either way, the strange Allison replied with a biting retort, and Ignite finally explained to the entire group that she had replaced Elyx, to which the redhead flew into a panic. “Ehh? Elyx-san is gone forever? But... what? Where did he go? Why are you replacing him? Ignite-san, why is this okay?” Although she wasn’t really one to worry, Allison was utterly confused at the moment; and being told that Elyx was being replaced didn’t help the situation. The red haired girl listened as Ignite questioned the client about something, not managing to catch all of the words due to her unfocused state. However, she did manage to listen to the man’s response-- and Allison was relieved.

It would wear off, he said; or at least, perhaps. And we have to go home to have it wear off-- or something like that, right? Allison thought to herself. Nodding with satisfaction, the red haired mage yanked at Ignite and the explorer’s arm before grabbing her duplicate by the hand. “So, let’s go home! Elyx-san will only come back when we get home, so let’s go! Where are we going?” She had absolutely no idea where Elyx’s house was... but perhaps going back to Clover Town would work just as well? Waiting for a response, Allison continued to bounce around in place, still clutching the other girl’s hand. The mage was determined to get Elyx back-- she had no clue of why he had been replaced by this girl, but Elyx was more important than Allison! Even though it might not be herself, the redheaded mage felt that she had a right to decide that her clone wasn’t of much significance. Or rather, even if she didn’t feel like that... well, she wanted Elyx back.

Allison then had a theory of her own, and that was to feel Elyx's face, or at least that was the most that Elyx was able to confirm. It was a weird method, simply feeling it, but nothing that seemed harmful. Still though, it felt awkward, and he ended up stepping backwards away from the little girl before shaking his head from side to side. Even if it would work, he would rather not be touched on the face, it just felt too weird and awkward. In fact, the new Allison liked the fact that it didn't work. Still though, Elyx would rather have himself be Elyx. Sure, the little child was nice, high-spoken, and adorable, but that was just not simply the role that he would like to play. It wasn't natural to him since in reality, he was 18. Sadly, he was unable to prove that since Elyx was nowhere to be seen, just a twin of Allison that randomly appeared out of nowhere. Surprise, surprise. Ignite just looked with a smile on her face, this was probably one of the best things she has seen. When the real Allison asked her why this was okay, the answer that the She Phoenix gave was so simple, yet made Elyx feel so stupid at the same time since it was reality. Because this idiot gets himself into this sort of trouble all of the time, it's so adorable, it is laughable in my opinion. She explained before looking out to the door, if time was all that it seriously took to get Elyx back to normal, then they might as well kill two birds with one stone and return back home. All right, as the real Allison, or so I believe is the real one, suggested, we will begin to head to Clover town. There, we will return Allison and the explorer home, Elyx should recover by then.

Elyx didn't have an argument there, in fact, a small grin then appeared on his face, which was rather different than the usual perky one that Allison had. Though it didn't look too bad, it just simply didn't feel the same. The new Allison walked by the real one before looking over to her. Don't worry Allison, I'll be back to normal in no time, I promise you. Just put faith in me, all right? The new Allison said with an even brighter smile, finally one that looked like it went to the original redhead. It felt great to be able to talk to Allison, she just made Elyx's days brighter. Though being child, she could get him into a bit of trouble sometimes, she was able to be a fun-loving carefree one as well, and knowing that he was able to guide her felt nice to him. Ignite and the explorer made their way out of the room, Elyx following right behind them.

Allison had been worried about Elyx, but thanks to Ignite she was feeling much better about this turn of events. Although the girl still had no understanding of what exactly had happened, she did know that Elyx would be fine-- since according to Ignite, he had ended up in situations like this many times. Wait... the brown haired mage had been turned into Allison before? Blinking quizzically, she was just about to ask yet another question when the fiery woman continued to speak. They were going home, to Clover Town, where apparently the explorer lived; Allison herself didn’t live there... or did she? Tilting her head to the side, the red haired mage realized with a start that yes, she did indeed reside in Clover Town for the time being, but how on earth had that happened? Allison soon gave up on contemplating the reasons why and instead beamed cheerfully at Elyx and the rest of the group. The other mage seemed to be in a much better mood than before, when Elyx and this duplicate of Allison had been switched. A small smile was on her face, although it served to remind Allison that Elyx still hadn’t come back yet, for the smile was more similar to his than the red haired girl’s own.

Nodding firmly to the other girl, Allison said with a distinct smile, “Of course I’ll do that! I don’t know where you came from, but I’m happy that you’re okay with Elyx-san coming back to replace you. I hope that some other day we can be friends, if you ever appear again!” After all, if the girl from who knows where hadn’t been alright with it, the red haired mage still would have dragged Elyx back from wherever he was right now. It just made things a lot easier. Realizing that it was definitely time they started to head out, Allison obediently trailed behind the group as they began to move around, exiting the room and soon after, the structure itself. She skipped with a bright smile on her face, not saying anything in particular but giving off an energy-filled and cheerful vibe the entire time. Finally, after they had been traveling for quite some time, the red haired girl decided to ask the other Allison some more questions-- she had been curious earlier on, but it had been important to start heading out right away. “So, where are you from? Another dimension? What’s your life like? Do you like everything that I like?” The mage knew that she might not want to answer any of them; after all, perhaps she was in a slightly melancholy mood after being dragged out of her home and deposited here.

Post by King Elyx 16th August 2015, 4:53 pm

Elyx walked up to Ignite before jumped up and placing his palms on her right shoulder, holding his new body up before whispering into the She Phoenixs ear. You know, you really suck as a leader. I don't think Allison lives in Clover Town, ask her yourself. Elyx said with his new voice, sending less of a message than it already did, so instead of taking the words to heart, Ignite just simply smiled playfully and gripped her hands on Elyx's hips. She locked eyes with him, once again with sly intention to embarrass him and have a little bit of fun with him as well. You are just so adorable! My own huggable plush toy! Ignite announced before pulling the new version of Allison towards her, hugging him tightly, almost to the point in which she might crush his bone. The She Phoenix forgot that this wasn't the usually strong willed Elyx who could take many hits, this was a smaller child body, which was rather defensive for someone of her age, but still delicate compared to the strength of an actual Phoenix. Elyx was flailing his arms outwards as this was done, a torturing sort of hold as they were walking, Clover Town seemed so far away. Arriving there was a miracle, but it was finally done after quite the traveling, which ended up with a pride hurt Elyx, a smiling successful Ignite, a confused yet confident Allison, and... Explorer. It was quite the adventure, and then Elyx got to Allison to talk a little bit more.

And as he got to the other redhead, he was struck with questions that were not quite easy to answer. Well, they somewhat were, but now that Allison had no idea what the actual answer meant, there was not really any easy way to tell her the truth. So he had kept silent before he noticed that his body began to feel weird. Light, like he was filling up with some sort of breath of air. Soon, that filling feeling began to burn, and the energy in Elyx's body was beginning to fade slowly. *Ack* *Cough* Were the noises made by the new Allison as he grabbed his throat, the feeling was growing worse for him. Ignite rushed over to him when noticing this, it was not something she has seen before. Whoa! Get a grip Elyx! Ignite exclaimed so helpfully, and surprisingly, the coughing only grew louder and increased in intensity. It eventually got to the point in which the fire-like feeling was too much, and then Elyx ended up forcing himself to let out a loud scream. *Hngh* AHHHHH! The boy exclaimed before his body was then shattered to pieces of light, leaving nothing behind for that moment. Ignites eyes shot up wide with panic as she crouched and made an attempt to grab the pieces of light. Elyx! The She Phoenix exclaimed with panic.

After a few seconds of that occurring, the pieces of light began to swirl around the area where Elyx's new body laid last, and the outline of the Violinist was forming once again by the pieces of light. After the few seconds of taunting outlines, the outline began to fill the inside with detail of the Violinist. His eyes were closed, he had nothing but a pair of blue jeans and a White T-Shirt. On his face was the mask once again, but it was doing nothing to him. There he was, sleeping gently like a baby. Ignite didn't know what to feel at this moment or what to do. Instead, she just kept silence in the air.

Post by Tess 16th August 2015, 6:43 pm

Allison was still asking questions in a slightly uncertain but energetic and friendly manner, when she noticed her duplicate whispering something in Ignite’s ear. The red haired mage leaned in, dark grey-blue eyes inquiring and curious, but unfortunately the contents of the whisper were not loud enough for her ears to catch. Tilting her head carefully to one side, the girl was just pondering upon what to do next when Ignite suddenly decided to give the new Allison a bone crushing hug, saying something about the girl being adorable and a stuffed toy. Blinking at the scene, the girl shifted around cautiously; she hadn’t picture that Ignite would act in such a manner around a complete stranger, especially one that had taken Elyx away-- but knowing that of course the fiery woman would never be carefree if the brown haired boy was in danger, Allison relaxed a little bit and smiled happily at the sight. Although it seemed that Ignite’s grip was tight enough to crumple steel, the other Allison seemed to be doing alright; although she was struggling quite frantically to get free. The red haired girl wanted to assist her, but felt that there was something going on that she didn’t quite understand; and so the mage stayed put, skipping beside them and beaming widely the entire time they were traveling.

Then all of a sudden the redhead’s clone seemed to be affected by some sort of magic; that, or she was sick, despite the fact that there had been no sign of it earlier. The girl flew into a slight panic, bouncing all around the group and waving her hands while trying to think of anything she could do-- heal the girl, perhaps? Allison was just bounding over, ready to use her Angel’s Touch, when Ignite said something about Elyx. Was she trying to encourage Elyx to replace the girl-- was he having trouble switching places with her again, and anchoring himself to this place from wherever he had been teleported to? Blinking in confusion, the girl stopped her movements and watched, cringing at the sound of his scream. That sound-- of extreme pain-- was the worst in the world for the red haired mage, and she reached forwards to heal the girl, placing one hand over her heart; when all of a sudden, her duplicate seemed to explode in a shower of shards of golden light, and Allison’s eyes widened. She was just about to join Ignite in attempting to collect pieces of the girl; after all, even if she was a stranger, something terrible had seemed to happen; when the light gathered together apparently on its own, and all she could do was witness it.

A few moments later, the brown haired boy named Elyx Reiaki was quietly napping away, peacefully lying sprawled out on the ground in the place the other Allison had previously been. Tilting her head to the side and cautiously approaching the other mage, the red haired girl reached out to poke him on the shoulder when she stopped her finger less than a centimeter away. “...Elyx? Are you okay?” she whispered.

Sleeping gently like a child, Elyx Reiaki was back, or at least something that looked like his body did. The fact that he just suddenly appeared after going through that intense amount of pain, it was not anything like he ever went through. That scream was truly a cry of terror, Elyx never showed weakness so easily, what was this mask supposed to be anyways? The boy was now there, sleeping gently, they probably should not disturb the Violinist from his sleep. Remain quiet Allison. If this is the real Elyx, he just went through Hell itself. He's resting now, lets not disturb the peace for him. Ignite explained with a smile on her face before putting her arms under the back of the Violinist, who was still laying limp, but his breath was silently carrying out, that was a good sign at least. She carried him the same way he carried her whenever the She Phoenix didn't want to walk, as a piggyback. In doing this, her mobility is a little more limited due to the weight on her back, and out of the two of them, she was not the speedy one. The She Phoenix looked over to the little Redhead before saying the next order. Well Allison, Elyx told me to ask for where you live. So... Where do you live? Ignite asked as she tilted her head to the side, very much curious if it were not in Clover Town. Still though, this would not be the only surprise. There was still a lot to account for since this was a child in her hands, and Ignite never dealt with one on her own before. Hopefully Elyx's training was enough to help her.

We should probably depart from here, I have a ship if you need to be brought over the seas. The She Phoenix explained proudly with a smile. It would be much better if they had to use a ship, Ignite would be able to drop Elyx onto his bed in his cabin. It would be the first time she would not force him out of his cabin. She saw it more as an emergency, not a main room, so Ignite never let Elyx hang out in there for too long. Allison was a witness of this, the She Phoenix picking the lock, and all Ignite had to do was let the redhead force the Violinist out. Such a nice day that was, Ignite would love to go back to those days. But right now, Elyx needed to sleep, and even she was willing to accept that. The mask loosely fell onto the top of Ignites head, which he had no arms to grab, so instead, just balanced it while she walked, ready to follow Allison wherever she needed to go.

The Idol (Job/Allison) - Page 2 Empty Re: The Idol (Job/Allison)

Post by Tess 17th August 2015, 9:11 am

Allison’s eyes widened immediately at Ignite’s words. She wanted to let loose another whirlwind of inquiries that had rose to the surface upon hearing her words-- but knowing that Elyx needed to rest and that was the top priority right now, the red haired girl simply nodded. But internally, the mage was utterly confused; had Elyx died and been brought back to life? But then wouldn’t he have gone to Heaven? Tilting her head carefully to one side, the redhead finally gave up a deep understanding of the fiery woman’s words, instead simply staying quiet and letting her thoughts clear. After it seemed that the brown haired mage had been situated upon Ignite’s back, Allison was just about to ask where they were headed to next when the girl was questioned by the woman upon where she resided. Well, that was rather complicated since the young mage moved around quite a bit... but Elyx had been wrong-- she did live in Clover Town for the time being, didn’t she? Or had she moved back to the Phoenix Mountains for a while, or had that plan been for next week? Blinking in confusion, the red haired girl finally simply said, “I live in many different places, but I think I either live here or in the Phoenix Mountains. I wanted to stay here because of the job recently with you and Elyx-san-- but I don’t remember whether I was going to move back to the Guild Hall for a little while.”

Contemplating upon the situation a bit more, Allison was interrupted by Ignite explaining that they did have a ship to use if it was necessary. The red haired girl smiled cheerfully and replied, “I remember that ship. And Elyx-san is sleeping, so it would be easier to move from place to place. Take Elyx-san with you on the ship and go back home, Ignite-san! Don’t worry about me, I always manage to get to where I need to be~” The mage beamed at the fiery woman and then went to skip away, but then remembered something at the last minute. Turning back around, the red haired girl waved a good bye to the two of them. “I’ll see you later, maybe! I hope Elyx-san is okay. Thanks, Ignite-san!” And with that, Allison bounded away from the group, with no idea of where to go next. She still didn’t have a good memory, although it was admittedly much better now that Alyia had assisted her in straightening out her priorities and how she could accomplish what she desired. But either way, the girl supposed, she would be fine-- the Phoenix Mountains weren’t particularly far if she traveled by train, and this way Elyx and Ignite could go home as soon as possible.

After listening to Allison speak, Ignite took a few seconds to process this. Should she really let the rehead go out on her own? She was a child after all. Then again, this was the second A ranked job that she had gone on with Elyx and Ignite, maybe it was a better idea to let her off. With a nod of her head and a smile, the She Phoenix decided to let the little girl out on her own, meaning she was unable to get back to Allison once she got out of sight. The She Phoenix had wished the best of luck to her, maybe this was just simply for the best. Ignite let out a small sigh from her lips as she was basically alone. The explorer had gone home, Elyx was knocked out, and now she had to use her navigation skills to get herself out of clover town. It was a good thing she remembered the ship, maybe there was a nearby ship port that she can access her boat from. Walking around the town with Elyx on her back was not easy, and the She Phoenix knew that she was physically stronger than the Violinist, so she now understand half of the pain that he went through when he had to carry her. She continued to walk to the port and found the ocean, luckily, a small stand was waiting for her as well. There was a man at the counter as well, it was time to return to the Neutral Grounds, away from Fiore, and back to the place of almost no sunlight. Such a shame, they barely had any sunlight throughout the whole day, but Elyx on her back was the reason why she didn't turn back to Oak Town and buy some pastries with his money.

Ignite boarded the ship while humming before putting Elyx down onto the wooden ground. The boat began to rock gently as the rope holding it in its place was take off of the peg holding it in place. The She Phoenix smiled as she then began to carry the Violinist into his cabin room. After placing him down in his bed, he gave him one last look, he worked so hard, he almost never got rest. This moment should be taken in nicely, for once, he was not going to stop her from enjoying the sleep. She closed the front door and walked out, leaving him at peace. Obtaining control of the steering wheel, she began to drag the ship out into the water, they were on their way home. The She Phoenix smiled as the water made peaceful sounds in the nighttime scenery, it even made her yawn once or twice. The mission was successful, she even had a free weird mask in the process.
