The slayers themselves have many types of strange abilities, this includes the ability to eat their element within reason. Slayers must also be taught by the ones who have the capacity to teach the associated type, however, there are some slayers that have learnt slayer magic through the use of a lacrima…
For Mia, she wasn’t even sure how this would work. She spotted the lacrima when she got downstairs in her house, revealing that the one who trained her the arts of demon slaying has given it to her as a gift (a letter was next to the lacrima claiming it so), and upon using it, now can use the powers of light.
Mia typically uses the powers of light to damage others but also uses it to heal others, making her a very strong adversary in battle. She can also mix her dance moves with this magic to make it as elegant as possible.

Lineage Ability - Pony Link:
Long ago, there was a mage that experimented with summoning creatures from different dimensions. Of those dimensions was a world filled with nothing but magical ponies. They were cute, often friendly, and had silly names that often reflected what they were good at in life. He sent them home, but the ponies kept coming back on their own. A link had formed between the mage and the world of magical ponies during the summoning process; a strong link that goes as far as to tie the descendants to each other.
The user of this lineage is able to summon different magical ponies to help them in their daily life. They do not count as actual summons and therefore do not provide all of the benefits of one. The ponies themselves do not fight, but they do apply a buff on the user by 50%. The buff selection can be between Speed, Strength, Spell Defense, Physical Defense, Spell Damage, and Physical Damage. Only one buff can ever be applied at one time, and only on the user of this lineage. This can be done two times per thread with the buff lasting for two posts and having a four post cooldown between uses.
An active ability that summons noncombat ponies for plot purposes, and to apply a buff when the user is in combat.
